Who is doing the purchasing for your organization?

Is the accountant buying machined pats?

Are the frontline production folks ordering tooling from the salesman that brings bagels and KFC ?

Is the receptionist handling your temporary
 labor contracts?

If your organization is small, chances are something like this is playing out.  And that may be ok, purchasing is alot of common sense.

But consider.......is your organization getting the best value?  I would suggest that your organization is leaving money on the table. Here are some reasons why:
  1. Not much time is spent quoting, shopping, or market testing because hat is not the employee's primary responsibility.
  2. The entire spend isn't taken into account and leveraged.
  3. Quoted pricing are accepted without negotiation.
  4. Employees are not cross-trained to perform the purchasing function.
  5. and the list goes on........
Searches For Purchases can help with quoting, spend analysis consultation, and/or training your current employees.

Don't get sold

My thought is that YOU don't have time to shop for that Minivan.  Yes, you know what you want.  Sure you have a budget and a price in mind.  But do YOU really want to spend your time calling or visiting dealerships?  Do you really want to spend your time being "sold?"  And by the way, that person doing the selling is a trained professional incented NOT to give you the best deal.  If you are like most people, at some point you will get frustrated, or sold, and settle on a product and/or a price.  I suggest that there is a better way.

Searches For Purchases can seek out the best deal on your behalf in southeast Michigan!
