Who is doing the purchasing for your organization?

Is the accountant buying machined pats? 

Are the frontline production folks ordering tooling from the salesman that brings bagels and KFC ? 

Is the receptionist handling your temporary

If your organization is small, chances are something like this is playing out.  And that may be ok, purchasing is alot of common sense.

But consider.......is your organization getting the best value?  I would suggest that your organization is leaving money on the table. Here are some reasons why:
